Inspirit AI Pro
Curriculum

Our curriculum is built on core modules that cover the essential concepts and tools every modern professional needs in an AI-driven world. From there, we personalize the experience with case studies and hands-on projects for your role.

AI won't replace Product Managers,

but Product Managers who use AI
will replace the ones who don't.

Our curriculum evolves constantly
alongside the latest AI developments.

Core Modules

1Foundations, Agents, and Prompting

2.5 HOURS

  • Ground yourself in the modern tech stack and where AI fits within it
  • Trace the history of AI — from hard-coded reasoning to deep learning to today's generative and agentic systems
  • Demystify how LLMs work under the hood
  • Cover prompting fundamentals: system prompts and context windows
  • Explore knowledge augmentation techniques like fine-tuning and RAG

Hands-On Practice

  • Use Claude Cowork to augment an LLM with external knowledge through a guided lab
  • Partner up to design a structured system prompt for a customer service agent that routes requests and returns clean JSON responses

2The Cutting-Edge, AI Tools, and Vibe Coding

2.5 HOURS

  • Survey the current AI landscape — the value chain from foundation models to applications
  • Walk through industry-specific case studies across education, media, and operations
  • Get introduced to vibe coding with tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, and Replit
  • Learn best practices for iterating with AI and knowing when to eject to manual code

Hands-On Practice

  • Design and build a basic CRM from scratch in Claude Cowork and Lovable, then extend it with additional features of your own design
  • Vibe-code a simple ChatGPT-style chatbot wrapper that calls an LLM API, and polish it for both desktop and mobile

3Limitations, Ethics, and Security

2.5 HOURS

  • Confront the realities behind the hype: hallucinations and probabilistic failure modes
  • Examine real-world cost surprises and bill shock
  • Compare the economics of frontier vs. specialized models
  • Learn value-based pricing for AI products
  • Weigh the ethical and environmental footprint of training and inference at scale

Hands-On Practice

  • Play the Gandalf password-reveal game to experience prompt injection firsthand
  • Harden your customer service agent against the same attacks
  • Extend your chatbot with external tool calls (weather, stock APIs)
  • Add cost-optimization logic to hard-code common requests

4AI Content Generation

2.5 HOURS

  • Map the generative-media landscape: text-to-slide, image, audio, and video models
  • Learn prompting patterns that produce audience-aware presentation decks from source documents
  • Compare leading image and video generation tools and quality-control workflows

Hands-On Practice

  • Prompt for audience-aware, presentation-ready slide decks grounded in source PDFs like 10-Ks
  • Compare methods and then vibe-code interactive versions of the decks you just produced
  • Generate images, audio, and video using current generation tools
  • Explore the strengths, weaknesses, and creative possibilities of each modality

5Mentored Projects and Presentations

5 HOURS

Hands-On Practice

  • Form small groups and choose a project aligned with one of the four project tracks covered below (Product & Design, Marketing & Sales, Finance, or Business Leadership)
  • Tie the project directly to at least one team member's real work — a company website, a marketing video, an internal tool
  • Get mentor check-ins throughout to unblock, critique, and push the work forward
  • Present your project to the cohort, field questions, and trade surprises and lessons learned

Project Tracks

  • Design and prototype a new tool relevant to your industry
  • Rapidly identify and organize pain points of your target market
  • Create a prioritized product roadmap
  • Build a functional prototype from research to interface
